Colors play an essential role in TruckCharge design. No other basic element can be perceived as quickly. This is why the use of color is so important to the TruckCharge brand.
The brand’s visual appearanceVisual Appearance
The visual appearance of a company (Corporate Design), brand, product or service. is characterized by a color system consisting of three primary colors. This slimmed-down color palette ensures visual consistency in the brand presentation. The surface color Light Grey and its darker shades are used when designing and arranging content (e.g., when coloring tables or diagrams in presentations).
The brilliance of cyan gives the brand an independent character and is a visual interpretation of eMobility and charging processes. Black and white have been carried over from the Daimler Truck design palette and play a supporting role, helping to communicate content effectively. Together, these colors firmly establish the connection with the Daimler Truck brand.

Different color systems can cause colors to appear different from those depicted here. Cyan looks more brilliant in digital applications than in print.
Hierarchy & Contrast
Cyan is the defining color for the TruckCharge brand. It must always be used in the brand’s design, whether in imagery, design elements or the wordmark. Black and white create a high level of contrast. To ensure barrier-free contrast and good readability throughout, cyan and white should not be used together as far possible. Cyan and black, on the other hand, may be combined with no limitations.
Interaction between Brands
Within the Daimler Truck group, TruckCharge appears in relation to other brands as an affiliated brand. As such, the way its colors interact with those of different brands is important.
The slimmed-down TruckCharge color palette blends in well with those of other Daimler brands. The brilliance of cyan renders the brand easy to distinguish and eye-catching.
The overview here illustrates the interaction of colors in possible combinations used by Daimler Truck or Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
